Update Agent

1. Click Setting > Agents

2. Click the Device that you want to update



3. There are 2 ways to update the agent. Method 1: by clicking the warning icon. Method 2: by clicking the update agent on the right hand side



3.1 Method 1: Click the Warning Icon > Install Now > Yes to confirm the agent update



3.2 Click Update Agents (right hand side) > Yes to confirm the agent update



4. The Cloud Backup system will update the agent on your device automatically
